Tealwood Update: New Roland VG3-640 Now Installed
Tealwood has upgraded our print production studio with the addition of a Roland TrueVIS VG3-640 wide-format printer/cutter. This new machine gives us a big boost in colour quality, accuracy and the range of work we can produce in-house.
Expanded Colour Capability
The VG3-640 uses the latest TR2 ink system, allowing us to print a wider and more vibrant range of colours — including stronger oranges, greens and deeper reds that are difficult for most printers to achieve. It also supports white ink, which means we can produce bright, clean prints on clear, coloured or specialist materials.
Improved Print Quality
With upgraded print technology, the VG3-640 delivers smoother gradients, sharper detail, and more consistent colour from job to job — ideal for high-impact signage, branding, displays and photographic work.

Thanks to its 64-inch width and built-in cutting system, we can now handle even more types of projects, including:
