Do you supply the products to print on?
Yes – we can source unique items and bulk products. We have many years in the printing industry so have an address book full of suppliers and are able to negotiate considerable discounts.
Do you deliver the finished products?
We deliver using our own vehicles for local projects (Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and West Sussex) or via couriers to the rest of the UK. Please contact us to find out delivery times, prices and availability.
What are your delivery costs?
The delivery costs depend on location and order quantities. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer a design service?
We work with our customers’ designs and if required we will adapt them to ensure they work on the printer and chosen media. We can recreate your designs if you don’t have a digital file. We do not offer a full graphic design service for original designs. We have graphic designer we can recommend if you require it.
What is your turnaround time for printing?
Each project we work on is unique and we pride ourselves on offering a tailored service. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements in more detail before we can give you a timescale for finishing the job.

Do you have a price list?
Each project we work on is unique and we pride ourselves on offering a tailored service. We work up to standard rather than down to a price. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements in more detail so we can provide you with an accurate quote for the job.
Do you offer different finishes such as metallic or glitter?
Our large format printer is limited to standard print finishes however we can offer many different finishes using our screen printers in our factory, including metallics, glitter, reflective, glow in the dark, phosphorescent and florescent.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
You can email or transfer your print files to us in most ready to print formats including PDFs, bitmaps (e.g. jpeg, png, gif, tiff), Illustrator, Corel draw.
What is the minimum order quantity for a print run?
We are used to dealing with one-off and bespoke print runs where we may just print one item. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements to ascertain the most cost-effective way of printing your item(s).
